Eu launches anti-dumping investigation into Chinese cargo scanning system

On 18 March 2009, at the request of Smiths Detection Group Limited of Germany, the European Commission initiated an anti-dumping investigation against cargo scanning systems originating in China.

On 18 March 2009, at the request of Smiths Detection Group Limited of Germany, the European Commission initiated an anti-dumping investigation against cargo scanning systems originating in China. The products concerned are under eu cn codes ex90221900, ex90222900, ex90278017, ex90301000. The European Commission has tentatively selected the United States as the normal value for calculating the Chinese products involved. This is the EU's first anti-dumping investigation against China in 2009. China Die & Mould Network
